Designed by Northward Acoustics and the Sterling Tech team to meet the strict requirements of Sterling Sound Mastering’s Edgewater and Nashville facilities, the Custom Sterling Consoles seamlessly integrate the Northward FTB suites and provide additional rack space for gear and ancillary equipment as well as an enhanced center section and custom side racks.

An off-shoot from our standard “S” console design, the platform-based cockpit-like design removes all obstacles between the center section and side rack pods. In conjunction with the ATS modules design, the console provides superior ergonomics and unsurpassed acoustic transparency.

The console is configured around a single width center section in two variations – standard 3u HE center section (Edgewater) and extended 10u HE Center Section (Nashville) – and two platform based front loaded 12u HE + back loaded 4u HE side racks configuration. Separate additional side racks are optional.

The console is strictly built on order and can come in any finishing combination of wood and/or Satin lacquer except the combination used by Sterling Sound.
